Leg cramps gone! Since starting the keto way of eating, I experienced leg cramps. I found that replacing electrolytes could relieve them. After some research, I chose these tabs over other products due to the absence of chemical additives. I took two tabs in the morning and two more before workouts, and they worked brilliantly!

Cramps reduced significantly

Nighttime cramps following heavy exercise have diminished significantly. I prehydrate with water and two Medi-Lyte tablets before heavy outdoor activities, then take 4-6 more during the following hours. Since starting Medi-Lyte, my nighttime leg cramps have reduced by about 80%. It's not a complete solution, but the most effective remedy I've found so far.
